Ed Harris complained at the start about his limited part in the new show in Dutton Ranch, the Yellowstone spin-off. He thought the role was meaningless and insisted on exiting. Harris told Variety, 'with frustration Get me the f- out of here' as he exited the set. He later decided to return for Season 2 to rejoin for the sequel. The show’s boss reworked the plot and gave his character more to do. That change led Harris opt to stay. Deadline now says he will appear again in the part.
