Public health officials in Massachusetts have reported three additional confirmed cases of West Nile virus. State health officials have increased the risk rating to high in Milton and Quincy. More than a dozen communities are now classified as high risk. Meanwhile, a very infectious feline virus has been identified at the Sangamon County Animal Center.
